Lazy S Land is an American land investing company committed to serving land owners at a superior level. As a small-time operation we are able to provide solid timelines and friendly customer service with every transaction. We fund the majority of our own purchases allowing us to make cash offers and we have successfully closed deals with 35+ title companies across multiple states. We have completed more than 100 cash purchases in over 5 years of business and look forward to an opportunity to work with you.
Many of the properties we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we also buy value-add properties where we can come in and push property values through building on them, subdividing, bringing in utilities, or any combination of these. We are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.
Lazy S Land is based in Colorado, however, we buy properties in other states including Missouri, Arkansas, and other areas too.
Meet the Team
Braden Sanderson – Owner
Originally from West Texas but calls Colorado home now, Braden is a landowner himself who spent the first decade of of his career in oil and gas before moving over to real estate. Outside of work he’s likely in the mountains with his wife either hiking, fishing, hunting or just enjoying the Colorado views. As the owner of Lazy S Land it’s important to him to provide a convenient and honest service to clients and an enjoyable workplace for the team making things happen.
Morgan LaLande – Acquisitions Manager
Morgan is a Louisiana native (GEAUX TIGERS!) and educator for the past 8 years. Although she is the newest member of the team, she has quickly made an impact. Morgan handles most of our client interactions from first contact to the closing table. She is an excellent listener and loves getting to know client’s stories. In her free time she enjoys renovating her home, baking, musicals, and spending time with her two kids and husband.
Rinzhej (Shey) Moreno – Marketing Specialist
A dedicated professional from the Philippines and graduate of Business Administration, Shey also studied Real Estate Management and has become an invaluable member of the team. Shey loves to drive around and explore his home country and travel to the many different places and wonders nearby. Shey has been working with Lazy S Land for over a year now in several different roles but has really found his knack in marketing.
